Discover Zunyi

Zunyi offers a Guizhou travel experience shaped by revolutionary history, mountain scenery, local food, old streets, caves, waterfalls, and access to some of northern Guizhou’s cultural and natural routes. It is especially known in modern Chinese history for the Zunyi Conference, while also offering regional food and landscape experiences.

A visit can include historic sites, local markets, Guizhou food, nearby mountains and caves, and using Zunyi as a base for northern Guizhou exploration. The best time to visit is April to October, with spring and autumn especially comfortable for walking and regional travel. Zunyi works well with Guiyang, Chishui, Maotai Town, Huangguoshu, Zhenyuan, and broader Guizhou routes.
